I like supporting this small business in Sunnyvale. They are conveniently located next to one of my favorite hole in the wall Pinoy restaurant, Clarita's. They have all the *fresh* produce needed to make your homemade tinola, arroz caldo, singigang, adobo-they got it all. They tend to regularly have stuff I can't find at even Seafood city such as green baby mangoes, malunggay (moringa in English), and calamansi! I usually call ahead to confirm before I make the drive out. It's also a very well maintained/ clean store. They have their snacks, random filipino knick knacks (barrel man, mini parol, etc.). Leading up to the holidays, they will have those gigantic stars to celebrate Christmas in Filipino style. Many of these small stores are hard to come by these days as many are closing up shop so please visit this place for your Pinoy needs.

This review was way long overdue since December 2024. I was looking for a Parol (Filipino lantern) and called the Store to inquire what type of Parol they have. The guy owner who answered the call was so nice to give me the options and even exceeded my expectations for sending me a short video of the lighting sequence of the parols that they have. That right there truly amazed me. I lived far from the location, about 1hr and 20mins drive and I really felt valued. It has been raining that week and the owner even follow up with me about my inquiry after a few days. Thank you so much for the great service. I almost forgot to write my review. But better late than never! Thanks and belated Merry Christmas to everyone at Western Pacific Filipino Grocery! Your service means a lot to me and thanks for valuing your customer, in-person or via phone. Keep it up! Stay humble as always!

Yeah, sure you can go to Seafood City or 99 Ranch and leave as quick as possible to avoid the crowds... but going to a small, family-owned (wow, 3 generations?!) Filipino market is in a league of its own. Something about this place feels nostalgic and comforting. I actually enjoyed getting lost in the two aisles that they had admiring all the Filipino products I never notice at the big-name stores. They had everything I needed and more for making some sinigang on a cold, rainy day. Service up front was quick and kind. He helped me bag my items since I was struggling and made sure I had a good grip on the rice bag I bought.

I was visiting up north and looking for lumpia wrappers. It was a good store that had things one could find in the Philippines! The lady was super nice who rang me up.

Right next to a Pinoy turo2x is this little grocery but loaded with stuff Pinoy need that's opposite Costco ... meaning retail.. and I like it coz they repackage veggies and it doesn't turn bad coz it's just enough for single cooking! I like this place. O they have Pinoy brooms, walis ting2x. Hard to find stuff like merthiolate and whitening soap. Prices are decent and sale staff are very helpful. Today I gor a coconut grater or "kaguran" in Bisaya or ... a very hard to find item. Love this place !

Nice little market I ventured into for a dessert that required Ube. The cashier (possibly owner) was very helpful considering I was not familiar with all of the products. He mentioned the local favorite items for what I was looking at. He was tolerant of our questions. I see he has a good set of customers who are very familiar with him and quite comfortable shopping with him. I got the impression that he is like a local grocery in the Philippines. Good vibes with other customers who recommended things for us to try ( star apple) , nice selection of goods and I will go back.

Small store but the amount of items here is surprising. They have a wide variety of Filipino snacks and cooking ingredients. It might not have everything you want, such as in my case where I needed some ube halaya jam for baking, but it will have you mostly covered if you don't want to drive all the way to Seafood City.

They have parols (Christmas lanterns) here! They have colored and white parols ranging from 12" to 30". They aren't cheap, but definitely worth it. The kind lady at the cashier even plugged it in to make sure it works. Plus, you can pick up some Filipino groceries while you're here. They have a good selection of items. I bought some mangosteen, too!

Cute little Filipino Store who had all the essentials. There were tons of different groceries and little figurines that will definitely make you miss the philippines. I came here specifically for the Parols! I was very impressed with the prices and had to buy one right away. They are also located in a big plaza with lots of parking!
